300SA Semi- Auto Prober
This ultra-high-accuracy prober utilizes linear shaft motor technology and a heat-resistant granite base. The semi-automatic prober system features a front-loading setup for user convenience. Its microscope bridge system provides full auto-alignment capabilities with X-Y-Z automated travel. Additionally, the system includes a touch panel display and a thermally sealed, light-tight chamber, supporting the use of thermal chucks and shielding functions.
