Leo was trained on a dataset of millions of man-made products and uses machine parts as tokens (bolts, bearings, etc.), combining them into DFMA-compliant products. The LMM can incorporate multi-modal engineering input, such as textual descriptions of engineering questions or product requirements, hand-drawn sketches, 2D images, and 3D CAD files. It understands the functionality the engineer envisions while acknowledging engineering and physical constraints.
