About Bazan Group
Petroleum Refineries Ltd. (OTCMKTS: OILRF), located in Haifa Bay, is one of the largest and most complex energy groups in the country and operates a refinery and petrochemical complex. Bazan Group consists of three industrial companies operating in Israel and mainly engaged in the production of petroleum products, polymers used as raw materials for the plastics industry, and aromatic materials for the chemical and petrochemical industries.

Bazan produces a wide range of petroleum refining products for industry, transportation, agriculture, infrastructure and domestic consumption. Bazan has a maximum production capacity of approximately 26,600 tons of oil per day (197,000 barrels). Over 70% of the company's products are distributed in the local market, and the rest are exported mainly to the Eastern Mediterranean countries.
